2017
The Beginning
HeatWaveCreations was established with a vision to offer print & design services that combined a traditional printshop with a custom apparel design shop. We would offer t-shirt printing, graphic design, custom apparel, stickers, decals, signs & banners, and also offer document printing services like a Fedex or UPS. We basically had a plan to be a one stop shop for all things printing. We designed our first logo and launched our website in 2017.
2018
One Year Later
From 2017-2018 we spent most of our days promoting the company on and offline trying to get more customers to be potentially returning clients. We printed business cards, flyers, and yard signs to help get the word out throughout our city locally. For online exposure we promoted across all social media platforms such as; instagram, facebook. twitter, and youtube by showing the work that we were doing at the time. The main game plan was to take the first year to learn as much as we could while building clientele and getting our name out there.
2019
2 Years Later
At the end of 2018 we started floating the idea around of purchasing a mobile van to promote our company. We would wrap the van with our logos on it then use the van to pickup and deliver orders to our customers. Eventually that idea changed into turning the van into a full on mobile print van where we would actually work out of the van and promote at the same time. Summer 2019 we purchased our first promotional company vehicle to take things to the next level.

Our Story & Vision
HeatWaveCreations originally birthed from just a thought and a tweet was founded in the year 2017 with a clear purpose — to build a brand that would help innovate the printing industry and bring something new thats untraditional to the game. Corico Moore the Founder of HWC started the company with under $1000 and a dream to make something out of nothing. One person telling Corico and a close friend of his "Kamani Burke" no changed everything and forced them to turn that no into a yes by taking matters into their own hands.
Our vision was very simple and strategic. We decided to offer all of the services that we couldn't find at our local print shops when starting our first clothing brands. One of the main services was vinyl transfers and gang sheets not really being offered at most shops at the time which was the ultimate push to start our own print and design shop.

Today, HeatWaveCreations continues to strive for greatness. We aim to bring innovation, integrity, and a commitment to providing value to creative spirits while shaping tomorrow’s skylines.
2019-2020
The Pandemic Era
2019 was a great year for our team we had lots of fun and actually got a chance to pour back into our community while doing so. During the spring of 2019 we had our first event and invited people to come out and celebrate us being in business. A few months later during the summer we had our 2nd Annual Back to school drive for the youth.
Little did we know the pandemic was on the way and would change everything as we know it. Fast forward to spring 2020 and now we are all on lock down having to work from home. During this time we decided to do our first revamp and changed up our office area where we created the most. At the office we turned one full room into a photo studio, another room into a lounge/podcast studio, and another room into a print studio. This change would be the beginning of "The New HeatWave" which ultimately lead to us revamping our website.
2021-2023
The pandemic Continued
From 2021- 2023 it almost felt like everything was on autopilot and the business was doing pretty well. We were back in full on grind mode at the shop and the main focus was back to getting more business. We grew our client base to a decent size over the next 2 years and while doing that built our work portfolio to be able to show what we were capable of to potential clients. Of course as all businesses do we experienced ups and down days financially but that didn't stop us from keeping pushing. At the top of 2023 we decided to change things up a bit again and go with a new logo design that would stand out more and bring life to the brand. We stripped the company van of the old logo and added the new design to both sides of the van. It's safe to say the new logo did what it was suppose to do and helped us get more attention.
2024 -2025
All Caught Up
2024-2025 had to be our biggest level up thus far in the game. We officially went mobile with our print vans and the vision is clear where we are headed next. We plan to take our mobile van on a tour around the states while documenting the journey on youtube. As of fall season 2025 we have embarked on a few new journeys and plan to announce some new services for 2026 one of those being screen-printing. We official have a second creative house where we will dedicate a room to screen-printing and more services overall.
